Submitting a Notice

Include the following:

4. Contact details, address, phone, email.
5. A good-faith statement that the use was unauthorized.
6. A perjury statement confirming accuracy and authorization to act.

Counter-Notices

If you think a file was wrongly removed, send a counter-notice with your details, the material's original location, a perjury statement disputing the takedown, and consent to relevant court jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringement

Accounts repeatedly involved in copyright violations lose access to HubPro.
